Indicamos a continuación las novedades más importantes de esta quinta edición: • El mismo equipo de especialistas ha editado esta quinta edición, manteniendo los valores centrales de sus traducciones de los idiomas originales: unidad interior de los distintos escritos bíblicos de la Antigua y Nueva Alianza, reflejo del ritmo del verso hebreo en la lírica y atención especial a los lugares paralelos, especialmente en los Evangelios Sinópticos.
Esta nueva edición incluye 30% más notas al pie que la edición anterior.
Se han revisado literariamente todos los libros del Antiguo y Nuevo Testamento por parte del actual coordinador general Víctor Morla: con acomodación al castellano de los clichés hebreos, mejora en la armonización de textos y pulido del estilo.
